How do we work to implement ISO?

PHASE 1: Initial Diagnosis

Initial diagnosis

We evaluate your organization's current situation through meetings with area managers, identifying key processes, existing documentation, and the degree of compliance with the reference ISO standard.

PHASE 2: Documentation and Process Management

Process management

In this phase we provide technical and methodological support to process managers to ensure effective documentation aligned with the standard's requirements.

Process Map:

Assistance in defining and structuring the general process map, differentiating strategic, operational and support processes. Tools such as BPMN 2.0 are used to visually represent workflows, facilitating understanding between different areas of the organization.

Organization Context and Stakeholders:

Support in internal and external analysis (legal, economic, social and technological environment), identifying relevant stakeholders and their needs and expectations.

  • Risk and Opportunity Assessment
  • Definition of Quality Objectives
  • KPI Design
  • Drafting or supporting reference standard Policies
  • Management Review Report
  • Information Traceability and Document Control
  • Management of Non-Conformities and Corrective Actions

Additionally, if there are previous work procedures and instructions (registered or not), they are thoroughly reviewed to evaluate their validity, adequacy and necessity, promoting coherent integration with the management system.

PHASE 3: System Implementation

System implementation

At this stage, we actively accompany the organization to ensure proper application and consolidation of the defined methodologies, documents and practices.

Our support is oriented towards integrating the management system into daily operations effectively, preparing the ground for successful certification.

Main support actions include:

  • Dissemination and application of system documentation
  • Operational process definition
  • Necessary resources and responsibility assignment
  • Organizational context and stakeholder management
  • Review of Objectives and KPIs
  • Support in updating the stakeholder map and their requirements
  • Management Review Report
  • Internal and external communication plan

Following optional phases…

Internal Audit

Internal audit

With the objective of verifying the correct implementation of the reference Management System, an internal audit will be carried out to evaluate compliance with the requirements established in the documentation and in the corresponding ISO standard.

We provide support in:

  • Audit planning, defining its scope, areas to evaluate, applicable documentation and schedule, in coordination with the company.
  • Audit execution, verifying processes, records and key evidence of the system.
  • Additionally, we advise on identifying and defining the necessary corrective actions to close non-conformities and strengthen the system before the certification audit.

Accompaniment and Support in Certification Audits

Certification audit

We offer expert accompaniment during the official Management System certification process, acting as strategic support to resolve any questions or requirements that arise from the certification body.

Our support includes:

  • Assistance during external audit sessions, according to the schedule agreed with the certification body.
  • Accompaniment to the Management System Responsible and area leaders, providing real-time guidance to auditor questions or requests.
  • Support in interpreting findings and preparing necessary evidence.
  • This phase helps generate confidence, reduce errors and face the certification process with greater security and professionalism.

Technical Advisory for Standards Maintenance

Internal audit

An ISO certified management system requires review and continuous improvement. Therefore, system maintenance is very important, these are some of the services we offer:

Annual review of processes and documentation: We ensure procedures are updated and consistent with the organization's operational changes.

Performance indicator monitoring: We analyze process results to detect deviations, improvement opportunities and adjustment needs.

Training: We promote staff training and awareness, key to the system's proper functioning and sustainability over time.

Internal audits: We execute or support in planning and conducting internal audits, guaranteeing impartiality, technical focus and compliance with regulatory requirements.

This optional support guarantees not only initial certification, but also the effectiveness, validity and continuous improvement of the management system in the organization's day-to-day operations.
